The one thing fit people do that others don’t

The one thing fit people do that others don’t

Psst.  You wanna hear the secret that only the fittest people in the world know and use?  The wormhole that bends space time to get you from couch potato to Miss Universe overnight?  The answer will blow your mind.  It’s a little known substance called consistency.

It’s not sexy, it doesn’t turn heads, and it doesn’t get millions of views on TikTok, but it sure does get you results.  The gymfluencers we follow on social media didn’t get there overnight.  They put in the time and stayed consistent.  They made exercise non-negotiable and cleaner eating a staple, and if you want the same results they got, you’ve gotta do the same things they do.

My excuse was always that I didn’t have time, but the screen time report I get from Apple at the end of each week sings a different tune, and it’s a somber one.   There’s some real damning evidence in there that I hope never sees the light of day.  For most people, the time is there and if it’s truly a priority, let Instagram get the short end of the stick the next few weeks and see how your life changes for the better.

In my opinion, one of the best ways to stay consistent is to find someone to hold you accountable.  Sometimes that’s a spouse, a friend, or someone you regularly see at the gym.  Find a friend who won't let you off the hook and, or even better, find someone who will do it with you.

I’d love to tell you that Upper Limit’s pre-workout is the secret to shedding pounds and toning up, but I can honestly tell you that it can’t do that for you.  But, on the days you’re dragging, on the days you’re contemplating skipping, it will give you that extra push and motivation that you need to get to the gym or get outside and stay consistent and give it your all while you’re there.  So when your wingman fails you, grab a scoop of the supplement that won’t and get the results you want by sticking with it even when you don’t want to.
