For Pre-workout: Mix 1 packet with 8-10 oz of water. Drink 20-30 minutes before workout. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. To test tolerance, it is recommended to start with 1/2 a packet and work your way up to 1 packet.
For BCAA +: Mix 1 packet with 18-28 oz of water. Drink before, during, or after your workout. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
For Protein: Mix 1 packet with 8-12 oz water, milk, nut milk or oat milk post workout.
